BrickJobs by Vivaldis is a trade name of Vivaldis Construct NV, which is part of the Vivaldis group.
The Vivaldis group (Vivaldis Interim NV and Vivaldis Construct NV), hereinafter referred to as “Brickjobs by Vivaldis”, located at Lange Klarenstraat 19, 2000 Antwerp, handles your personal data with care and does everything possible to safeguard your privacy.
In this privacy statement, we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle your personal data. BrickJobs by Vivaldis complies in all cases with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In the context of our main objective – to deploy the most suitable temporary workers with the right employer so that they can fully develop professionally – we regularly handle personal data.
Scope of the privacy statement
This privacy statement (hereinafter “Privacy Statement”) applies to the personal data we collect and process about you. It contains important information about how and for what purposes we collect and process personal data, and clarifies which rights you can exercise as a data subject. Please read this Privacy Statement carefully.
This Privacy Statement governs the processing of your personal data as part of using our website and the services we offer. These processing activities are always carried out by the Vivaldis group as the data controller, located at Lange Klarenstraat 19, 2000 Antwerp, with company number 0443.052.646.
Specifically, when processing personal data, the Vivaldis group will always take into account the principles on which the GDPR is based. We will always process personal data lawfully for specific purposes. We will do what is necessary never to request more personal data than required for the purpose or to retain this personal data longer than necessary. Finally, we also take technical and organizational measures that guarantee appropriate security so that personal data can always be processed securely.
This privacy statement was last updated on August 12, 2026. We reserve the right to adjust this privacy statement if necessary. Changes will always be clearly communicated.
Definitions
In accordance with current regulations, personal data is understood to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
We define the processing of personal data as any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
In short, all actions we perform with information that can be traced in any way to an individual will be considered personal data and protected as such.
Purposes and legal basis
BrickJobs by Vivaldis will process all your personal data for the purposes listed below, specifying which personal data we process and which legal basis is used for this. We make a distinction based on the reasons for which we came into contact with you.
1. General contact
When you contact us by email, telephone, contact form, or any other medium, we will process your personal data to answer your question as best as possible. We only process personal data that you explicitly provide to us. This information is entered into our internal systems so that we can offer you even better service in the future.
If you are already known to us, we keep this data and link it to the initial processing of personal data for which you were already registered with us (e.g., because you are a temporary worker or because your organization was already a client). If you are not known within our organization, we keep your data for one year. We rely on our legitimate interest for this activity.
2. You are a potential temporary worker
When you apply for a specific vacancy with one of our clients or when you register on our job page, we will process your personal data to assess your profile and to be able to offer you a suitable job. To do this qualitatively, we will process, among other things, the following personal data:
- Personal identification data such as name, address, or date of birth
- Contact details such as phone number and email address
- Data about your work experience and education
- Financial data such as your bank account number
We will receive this data from you during your registration at one of our offices or through your registration on our website. The above list is merely illustrative. Depending on a specific vacancy, we may process additional personal data. However, this will only be done to offer you a suitable job and will not be used for other purposes. You will also always be informed of this.
3. You are employed as a temporary worker
If you are employed as a temporary worker for BrickJobs by Vivaldis, BrickJobs by Vivaldis is legally required to retain your data for up to 5 years after the end of the last assignment. If you have not yet carried out an assignment for BrickJobs by Vivaldis, we will also retain your personal data for 5 years from the last contact. In the latter case, however, you always have the option to request the erasure of your personal data via privacy@brickjobs.be. We rely on our legitimate interest to retain your data and offer you a suitable job.
4. Customer and supplier management
When we enter into agreements with our clients or suppliers, we also always process personal data in order to execute our agreement and manage our contractual relationships. This relates, among other things, to personal data of contact persons at clients and suppliers. This primarily includes name, phone number, and email address.
This processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement; without this data, we cannot execute the contract. We are also legally required to keep this data for 7 years due to accounting and tax obligations.
Additionally, we process data of prospective clients as part of our agency services. This includes collecting and using contact details and other relevant business information of (prospective) clients to whom we can offer temporary workers. For this processing, we rely on our legitimate interest to conduct our business activities. We can retain your data for up to 5 years after our last contact.
5. Newsletters and commercial messages
We consider it important to maintain a good relationship and communication with all our partners. Therefore, we will contact you to keep you informed about relevant offers, innovations, and news that may interest you, based on the initial relationship you have with us.
For processing personal data under this activity, BrickJobs by Vivaldis will rely on its legitimate interest. If you explicitly signed up for our newsletter, we rely on your consent. When receiving these communications, you can indicate at any time that you no longer wish to receive them via the link in the last message received from us.
Analysis and Tracking To make our newsletters as relevant and interesting as possible for you, we want to know how our emails are read. For this purpose, we use tracking pixels.
- What data do we collect? We record whether you open the email, at what time, and which links in the email you click on.
- What is the purpose? We use this data to analyze reading behavior and to optimize and personalize our future communication.
- Legal basis: For this tracking and analysis, we rely on your prior and explicit consent, which we request at the time you register or which we have obtained jointly.
Your choices and rights (Unsubscribe) Transparency is important to us. Because we rely on our email system for tracking in newsletters, it is currently not technically possible to separately disable the analysis of your reading behavior (tracking) while continuing to receive the newsletter.
If you no longer want us to collect this data on your reading behavior, you can withdraw your consent at any time by completely unsubscribing from these communications. You can easily do this via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the last message received from us.
6. Camera surveillance
BrickJobs by Vivaldis has installed security cameras at certain locations to protect the physical safety of visitors and employees. These cameras do not always store images, but in some cases only display the live image. BrickJobs by Vivaldis collects this data based on its legitimate interest to ensure safety for everyone. Video recordings are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR, you have several rights regarding your personal data. However, these do not always apply in every situation. You have the following rights:
These rights can be exercised free of charge by sending an email to privacy@brickjobs.be. As stipulated by law, we will handle your request within one month of receiving your request, subject to legal exceptions.
To comply with certain requests, we may request additional information to confirm your identity and ensure the request originates from you. We do this primarily in your interest to prevent your personal data from being shared unwantedly with third parties or deleted.
1. Right of access to your personal data
The right to request access to your personal data, to obtain a copy of the personal data we collect about you, and additional information on how we process your data.
2. Right to rectification
The right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or incomplete personal data we hold about you completed.
3. Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
The right to have your personal data removed from our systems. The request to erase your personal data cannot always be granted due to contractual or legal obligations, for example. We will take these obligations into account when processing your request.
4. Right to object
The right to object to the processing of your personal data if processing is based on our legitimate interest or public interest grounds. We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for further processing or for legal claims.
You can also object if we process your data for direct marketing purposes, so that the personal data is no longer processed for these purposes.
5. Right to withdraw your consent
For personal data collected with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. For example, you can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
6. Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you exercise this right successfully, we will continue to store your data but limit its use. You can make this request, for example, if you believe your personal data is inaccurate or processing is unjustified.
7. Right to data portability
The right to receive your personal data processed by us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or to have this data transmitted or copied to another controller.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that we are violating your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority:

Recipients
In principle, we do not transfer personal data to other parties allowed to use it for their own purposes. We will share your personal data only in these specific cases:
- Personal data may be shared between our various branches if necessary to deliver our products or services according to the predetermined purpose.
- We use processors for various processing activities. These are parties that receive specific instructions from BrickJobs by Vivaldis regarding the processing of your personal data. Under no circumstances may they process your personal data for their own purposes.
- If the law explicitly obliges us to provide the personal data.
Regardless of processing, we ensure your personal data is processed solely within the European Economic Area. If we process personal data outside the European Economic Area, we take the necessary steps to ensure the destination country offers an adequate level of protection.
How long is my data retained?
We always apply the principle of storage limitation, meaning we evaluate whether processing personal data remains necessary. If necessity ceases, we delete your data. If a legal provision mandates a specific retention period, we will follow it. Specific retention periods can be found in the description of processing activities.
